Q:
Can I edit the consultation after finished consultation / dispensary?
A:

The completed consultation will only be put on the completed tab of consultation page. User can find the consultation on that page and click edit button to edit the consultation information.

If it requires the dispensary station to change the drugs or payment, the user can click “Complete Consultation” and the case will go to the dispensary again.

 
If it doesn’t require, user can just click “Complete Edit” to finish the case.
