After extensive alpha, beta and system testings and a very sucessful pilot test involving 22 clinics, CMS 3.0 is formally released at a press conference today. The release concluded a 2-year effort involving many dedicated parties from the healthcare and IT industries with the vision of creating a common and free platform for improving the healthcare services in Hong Kong and beyond.
